Description

Little Moppet Foods’ Rice Cereal is:

Made only with white rice.
Free from all kinds of added preservatives, artificial flavors, colors, sugar or salt.
Easy to make and easily digestible.

Ingredient: Rice

Age recommendation: Advisable for all ages above six months.

How to Prepare:

Add 2 tablespoon of Rice Cereal powder to 1 cup of water and mix without lumps.
Cook the mixture on a medium flame for at least 10 minutes or still the porridge thickens.
Alternatively can be cooked in pressure cooker for 2 whistles
Breast milk or formula may be added.
Serve lukewarm.

Rice Cereal is the best food for a baby, we use plain boiled ponni rice and its very healthy for the baby.

Can I add fruits or veggies to rice cereal ?

For babies above 6 months, fruit purees and vegetable purees can be added as a natural sweetener. For babies above 8 months dates powder can be added and after 1-year jaggery powder can be added as a natural sweetener
