How to Prepare:

Mix 2 tablespoon of Raw Kerala Banana Powder with 1 cup of water without lumps.
Cook on a medium flame for 5-10 minutes or until the porridge thickens.
Serve lukewarm.

  No, we should not add any sweetener to the food that is being to babies.
  
  Till 1 year, we are not supposed to add salt or sugar in the foods of babies.

  Yes Priya, you can use our products for baby from 6 months of age after you have introduced first foods like daal water, rice water etc. Introduce in small portions.
