Barley Cereal is high in fiber

Contains trace minerals like copper, potassium, phosphorous and calcium

Ingredients: Barley

Age recommendation: Advisable for all ages above six months.

How to Prepare:

Add 2 tablespoon of Barley Cereal to 1cup of water and mix without lumps.
Cook the mixture on a low flame for at least 5-10 minutes or in a pressure cooker for two whistles.
You can add breast milk or formula if you like.
Serve lukewarm.

Storage and Shelf Life:

Ever product is prepared FRESH after the order is placed. The shelf life is 4 months from the Date of Manufacture.

I’m Dr Hemapriya, also lovingly referred to as the ‘Doctor Mom’. I am a qualified medical practitioner and certified child nutritionist, Mom to two adorable kids -a boy and a girl – and wife to a Paediatric Cardiac Surgeon.

All our food is made in my own kitchen, using carefully picked ingredients from our preferred organic partner Organic Mandya. And I am a stickler for cleanliness (a side-effect of being a Doctor).
