Age Recommendation: Advisable for all ages above eight months

Ingredients:Barnyard Millet (Jhangora), Finger Millet (Ragi/Nachni), Foxtail Millet(Kangni), Kodo Millet (Kodra),Little Millet(Kutki), Pearl Millet (Bajra), Sorghum (Jowar), Sesame Seeds, Rice, Black Urad Dal, Green Gram, Roasted Gram, Moong Dal, Masoor dal, Wheat Dalia, Sago, Horse gram, Corn, Almonds, Cashew and Cardamom(Elachi)

How to Prepare:

Mix 2 tablespoon of Millet SathuMaavu powder with 1 cup of water, without lumps. Cook the mixture on medium flame for 10 minutes, until the porridge thickens.

Fruit purees/Dry dates powder can be added to the porridge to make it sweet.

Storage and Shelf Life:

Ever product is prepared FRESH after the order is placed. The shelf life is 4 months from the Date of Manufacture.

Please transfer the contents immediately to clean , dry and airtight container.

I’m Dr Hemapriya, also lovingly referred to as the ‘Doctor Mom’. I am a qualified medical practitioner and certified child nutritionist, Mom to two adorable kids -a boy and a girl – and wife to a Paediatric Cardiac Surgeon.

All our food is made in my own kitchen, using carefully picked ingredients from our preferred organic partner Organic Mandya. And I am a stickler for cleanliness (a side-effect of being a Doctor). Every person who handles the food is required to wear disposable gloves and cap. So you can rest assured that there will never be any compromise on hygiene with Little Moppet Foods.
