How to Prepare:
As a porridge
Mix 2 tablespoon of mix with 1 cup water without lumps. Cook the mixture on medium flame for at least 10 minutes. If you find the porridge runny, then add less water according to your preference. Fruit Purees can be added to the porridge to make it sweet.
As a Health Drink
Mix 1 tablespoon of mix in 100 ml of Hot piping milk and serve warm. Add sweetners if required.
