Ingredients:

Cereals: 38% (Sprouted Finger Millet, Sprouted Pearl Millet, Jowar, Foxtail Millet, Bajra, Barnyard Millet, Kodo Millet, Corn, Sago, Rice, Brown rice, Wheat,Wheat dalia,Oats, Pearl millet, Finger Millet)

Pulses: 42.5%(Sprouted Green Gram, Sprouted Black Gram, Sprouted Chick peas, Sprouted Horse Gram, Greengram, Black urad dal,Roasted Gram, Horsegram,Masoor dal, Cowpeas)

Nuts: 15.5% (Almond, Cashew, Pista, Groundnuts,) Sesame Seeds, Cardamom, Ajwain and Dry Ginger

How to Prepare:

As a porridge

Mix 2 tablespoon of mix with 1 cup water without lumps. Cook the mixture on medium flame for at least 10 minutes. If you find the porridge runny, then add less water according to your preference. Fruit Purees can be added to the porridge to make it sweet.

As a Health Drink

Mix 1 tablespoon of mix in 100 ml of Hot piping milk and serve warm. Add sweetners if required
