Age recommendation: Suitable for all ages above 1 year

Ingredients: Dates powder, Almonds, Cashew nuts, Chia seeds, Cardamom (Elaichi)

How to Prepare the Dates Energy Balls:

In a mixing bowl, mix 100 grams of Dates Energy Balls Mix with 1/4 cup of melted ghee.
Pinch out small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls.

Can be had as panjiri as well.

Very cool

Tastes great and very easy to make, even for a cooking amateur like me. Unfortunately my kids didnt eat it - I presume because of its sweetness as that was their first taste of jaggery. Will keep exposing them to it and hopefully they will adapt soon, else more for me :)
