customercare –
Hello,
Yes you can add dry fruits powder in milk for your toddler.
sandhyanairs (verified owner) –
Ah is it..as your mix didnt have them, I added walnut granules to them. So far she’s been taking it well. It would be a saving grace if you introduced it in your mix.
Hema Priya –
Hi Sandhya,
Thanks for your input. We will take your suggestion into consideration for future.
Sandhya Nair (verified owner) –
I have a suggestion; why not add walnuts too to the mix.
Hema Priya –
Hi Sandhya, we take your suggestion to add walnuts to the mix however we don’t add them because they pose a risk of allergy in babies. It can be given to babies after they are used to other nuts, should be started using the 3 day rule.

Hi Mam,
i started to give this powder for my LO from 8 months. As i read in one of the comment above even i am worried as it its not a complete powder so is she is able to digest those granules?.should we filter and remove that or is it ok to give like that?please reply as i am seeing that in her potty so i think she is not able to digest that or is it ok as you are a Dr mom?please reply.
Dr Hema –
Dear Reshma
I can understand your concern, if we grind to a more powdery consistency , then it will be very oily, so only we send it in that constituency, if you wish you can strain and feed your baby

My baby loves her milk with this powder added to it. At first, i was a little upset because this powder is a little grainy and does not completely dissolve in milk. I did not want my baby to miss out on the wholesome goodness. But now, we spoon out the residue (undissolved bits) from the strainer and my baby gobbles it up by itself. I’m happy.
Dr Hema –
Great to hear your baby loves it 🙂
