Description

Age Recommendation: Advisable for all ages above one year.

Ingredients: 

Finger Millet, Sorghum, Foxtail Millet and wheat

Instructions to Prepare:

  1. Combine1/4 cup of the pancake mix with 1/4 cup of milk OR 1/4 cup of mix with one whole egg and beat well. [1/4 cup – 30g]  (Makes Three 2″ pancakes)
  2. If required any sweetener like jaggery/dates powder or coconut sugar can be added.
  3. Mix well
  4. Heat a pan
  5. Pour a ladle of the mix on the pan and do not spread it.
  6. Drizzle ghee and cook one side well, flip to other side and cook well.
  7. Serve with honey/date syrup/ fruits

Storage and Shelf Life:

Once opened, transfer the contents of the packet to a clean and dry airtight container immediately. Shelf life is 4 months under refrigeration.
