Ingredients: Raw Kerala Banana

How to Prepare:

  • Mix 2 tablespoon of Raw Kerala Banana Powder with 1 cup of water without lumps.
  • Cook on a medium flame for 5-10 minutes or until the porridge thickens.
  • Serve lukewarm.

Storage and Shelf Life:

All our food is made in my own kitchen, using carefully picked ingredients from our preferred organic partner Organic Mandya. And I am a stickler for cleanliness (a side-effect of being a Doctor).       Apart from adding Fruit puree, vegetable puree, you can also add a pinch of Cardamom powder, ghee, breast milk or formula milk to enhance the taste of the porridge.

So how many tblespoons n when it can be given to baby ? Will it be helpful for her to put on weight n be healthy ? Please suggest

      Yes you can give both sathumaavu and raw banana , you can start in the mornings with 2 tablespoons a day and slowly increase the quantity

    Right now m using ur banana powder and sprouted saatamavu to my baby and he loves to eat it… Thanq so much… My question s…. To increase weight plain saatamavu is gud or sprouted.. and also I want to know daily can I feed him or not ….       Answering your questions, yes you can give sathumaavu daily, sometimes if the sathumaavu doesnt get mixed properly they form lumps and you may get that sound
