Nothing’s better than a bowl of whole grain goodness!

The whole world has become aware of the benefits of whole grains, yet many Moms think that it’s only for adults. The truth is that the earlier you start your child on a whole grain diet, the more likely it is that he’ll have healthy eating habits and a healthy weight all through adulthood.

That’s why we’ve created Little Moppet Foods’ Organic Makhana Dalia Porridge Mix, which contains the whole hearted goodness of whole grain in the form of broken wheat dalia. And that’s not all; it also has the protein rich lotus seeds or makhana. Lotus seeds have a host of important trace elements, and are also low in saturated fat and bad cholesterol.

Since lotus seeds or makhana have a mild taste, this organic makhana dalia porridge mix is perfect to mix fruit purees into so that you can feed your baby a different-tasting porridge every time! An easy way to include variety in your little one’s diet!

Awesome product

My kid absolutely loved the taste of it. Infact I had never heard of lotus seeds before and was sceptical but after learning it's nutrient value I decided to try it and my kid also loves it, so it's a win win
