Description
Little Moppet Foods’ Multimillet Pancake Mix;
Age Recommendation: Advisable for all ages above one year.
Ingredients: Finger Millet, Sorghum, Foxtail Millet and wheat
Instructions to Prepare:
- Combine1/4 cup of the pancake mix with 1/4 cup of milk OR 1/4 cup of mix with one whole egg and beat well. [1/4 cup – 30g] (Makes Three 2″ pancakes)
- If required any sweetener like jaggery/dates powder or coconut sugar can be added.
- Mix well
- Heat a pan
- Pour a ladle of the mix on the pan and do not spread it.
- Drizzle ghee and cook one side well, flip to other side and cook well.
- Serve with honey/date syrup/ fruits
Storage and Shelf Life:
Ever product is prepared FRESH after the order is placed. The shelf life is 4 months from the Date of Manufacture.
Please transfer the contents immediately to clean , dry and airtight container.
