Hi Dr. Hema,
I have just ordered this Millet Sathumaavu mix for my almost 9 month old. Please let me know if we can add grated carrots/ beetroot etc to this ? Or would you recommend only fruit additions to this mix. Would you recommend to give this for breakfast or dinner?
The sprouted Sathumaavu is an everyday breakfast for my son. He totally loves it, I always add a fruit to it. Thank you so much for making such yummy mixes for out little ones. You have really helped me give all-round nutritious and yummy food to my son.

Dear Dr. Hema,
Wishing you and your entire Little Moppet team and your family a very Happy & Prosperous New Year 2017.
My baby was born preterm and had low birth weight. When she turned 6 months old, I was so worried about what nutritious solid foods to give her and where to buy them from and what food groups to give from and so many other doubts that first time parents have. When doing a google search, I came to know about your website and store and it was a lifesaver for me. Now I am giving my baby foods purchased from your moppet store for over a year now and following charts and recipes from your website. To my surprise where my baby was low in weight after having moppet foods she started to gain weight very nicely. I can’t thank you enough for this. She is one happy baby now.
I recommended your baby foods to my friends and they all like it and even more their babies too love it very much. So we have a small moppet circle among our friends. We are really happy that our tots are having nutritious foods like these – Millet Sathumaavu Mix, Sprouted Sathumaavu Mix, Sathumaavu Health Mix, Dry Fruits Powder for Kids and Raw Kerala Banana Powder and many more from My Little Moppet Store.
Thanks and with Regards,
Deb
