Ingredients: Wheat and Moong Dal

Age Recommendation: Advisable for all ages above six months.

How to Prepare:

Add 100 ml of boiled hot water to 2 tablespoon of powder and close the bowl with a lid for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, stir well and serve.

Storage and Shelf Life:

Ever product is prepared FRESH after the order is placed. The shelf life is 4 months from the Date of Manufacture.

  Yes you can prepare the mix with hot milk if your child is 1+ year old.
  
  If your child age is less than 1+ year old, then you have to prepare it with water and before feeding you can add breast milk or formula milk.

Hi Dr Hema,
I tried making this at home yesterday with the instant pack. But after adding water, there were few lump formations and even after closing it for 5 minutes , there were small small lumps in the porridge. Is this expected? There was no instruction on the pack to mix it water first to remove lumps before adding hot water. Is it necessary to mix it water first to remove lumps like how we do it for the sathumavu porridge. I have been regularly buying sprouted sathumavu from your website and I have been mixing it with water first to remove lump before cooking it.
Please let me know if this is necessary with the instant mixes too. I am planning to travel with my 1 year old by this month end and I wanted to try the instant mixes and so I have bought ragi-moong, wheat-moon and rice-toor dal mixes already.

I have been buying your other Moppet foods for my baby for over a year now. But hadn’t tried any instant mixes. But recently I had to do a lot of travelling with my wife and baby. My wife found it very difficult to manage feeding baby outside foods during these travels. Then I ordered and tried this Instant Wheat Dalia Moongdal Mix first during next travels. It wasn’t a instant hit with my baby at the first. But after the second attempt she liked to finish her meal bowl. So now during my travels I use these instant mixes for my baby. Thanks doctor Hema.
