Ingredients: Sunflower seeds, Oats, Flax seeds, Pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and Chia seeds

How to Prepare:

Add 2 teaspoon of protein powder to 1 cup of piping hot milk.
Mix well and serve lukewarm or chill before serving.

Storage and Shelf Life:

Ever product is prepared FRESH after the order is placed. The shelf life is 4 months from the Date of Manufacture.

  Yes you can but before giving it to your mother I request you to check with her doctor once, after doctor’s approval you can introduce it to your mother. Do check the ingredients as well.
