Description

Soya Noodles – protein rich foods for kids

Ingredients: Wheat, Soya, Millet(Samai, Varagu, Kuthiravolly millets), Groundnut Oil, Salt.

Tastemaker Masala: Chili powder, Salt, Turmeric powder, Pepper, Ginger and Spices.

How to Prepare:

  1. Boil 180 gm of Soya  Noodles in 1 liter of water for 3 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Fry onions, capsicum, carrots, cabbage and other desired vegetables in a little amount of oil.
  3. Add the spices Masala to it and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables to the boiled noodles. Mix well and serve hot.

I’m Dr Hemapriya, also lovingly referred to as the ‘Doctor Mom’. I am a qualified medical practitioner and certified child nutritionist, Mom to two adorable kids -a boy and a girl – and wife to a Paediatric Cardiac Surgeon.

Best alternative to traditional noodles

Noodles are good and best alternative to traditional noodles but salt content in tastemaker is too high and it is spicy too.. it's better to ass more veggies but salt content should be less
