With the rise in lifestyle diseases, refined grains like maida and white rice are discouraged, and whole grains are promoted. Most of us don’t think beyond wheat and brown rice, but in the process we’re missing out on the magical health benefits of red rice! The red color is due to the presence of anthocyanins, antioxidants that help to reduce inflammation and allergies. In addition to this, red rice is also high in iron, preventing anemia – the most common deficiency among Indian children.

Red rice also helps to strengthen bones, prevent osteoporosis and increase immunity. Besides, a bowl of Red rice noodles is also great if you’re trying to shake off that excess weight. It is completely fat free and increases satiety, preventing overeating – something we all struggle with!

Each pack contains 180 grams + 15 grams tastemaker masala


Ingredients: Noodles – Fortified wheat flour, Red Rice flour, Edible Vegetable Oil, Salt, and Purified water. Taste Maker – Chili powder, Salt, Turmeric powder, Pepper, Ginger and Spices.

Note – This packet of Noodles contains the Fortified Whole Wheat which is not Maida. We use wheat which includes husk in it. The husk is also grinded along with the wheat to make the most nutritious noodles possible hence the ingredient fortified wheat.

How to Prepare:

  1. Boil 180 g Noodles in 1 liter of water for 3 minutes. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Fry onions, capsicum, carrots, cabbage and other desired vegetables in a little amount of oil.
  3. Add the Natural spices Masala to it and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables to the boiled noodles. Mix well and serve hot.

Red rice noodles

Though i eat all junk food i make sure my kid doesnt 🙈 but somehow she tried noodles once n loved wanted to make it at home n try a little healthier these red rice noodles from mylittle moppet n made at sauces just veggies and a lil masala given with the came out pretty good n kiddo is enjoying it 🙂
