TERMS & CONDITIONS
- This service is available daily between 10am – 6pm ( Mon-Sat). Orders made over the weekend will be handled during the next available working business day.
- Customers who place order through WhatsApp have 24 hours to make payment in order to confirm their order. All items from unconfirmed and unpaid orders will be released back for purchase if payment is not made within 24 hours .
- Customers will need to take a picture of the payment confirmation via WhatsApp as proof of payment.
- Please pay the exact amount or the closest value rounded up, as change will not be provided.
- Due to high traffic and timeliness, Order By WhatsApp will not be applicable during major sales promotions.
- All prices do not include shipping fee. Standard shipping is charged at Rs 50 for orders below Rs 599 and is free for orders above Rs 599.
- Mega Moppeteer program is not applicable for Whatsapp orders.
- Cash On Delivery (COD) is NOT applicable for Whatsapp Orders.
